The prices for apartments, area for house construction and rent fee increased in Iran this spring, Trend reports referring to the Iranian Statistical Center.
According to the report, the price for apartments increased by 82.2 percent, for area for house construction - by 148.6 percent and the rent fee - by 29.1 percent this spring compared to last spring.
