Jalilabad-2, a large Azerbaijani factory producing alcoholic beverages, has launched a new production line, a source at the company told Trend.
The source noted that the new line envisages production of cognac spirit fromwine materials.
"These products are based on the latest technology. The alcoholic products will be sold domestically and will also be exported. Foreign technology is used in the production. At the same time, we are expanding our cognac production, mainly for export purposes. At the moment, there are five types of cognac on sale, we plan to establish production of two more types of this product by the late 2019," the source said.
The factory's products have a Certificate of Conformity issued by the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan.
The company uses Italian and Bulgarian equipment in production.
