Jalilabad-2, a large Azerbaijani factory producing alcoholic beverages located in Jalilabad district, is preparing to export its products to China, the company's chief technologist Vidadi Valiyev told Trend.
According to the chief technologist, the company intends to export wines and cognac to the Chinese market.
"We plan primary export volumes to be 50,000-60,000 bottles. We also intend to increase these volumes in the future depending on demand in the Chinese market," Valiyev said.
According to the technologist, in the first eight months of 2019, the company produced up to 160,000 decaliters of wine, which is 15 percent more compared to last year.
"At the moment, the plant produces over 12 types of alcoholic beverages, including cognac," Valiyev added.
The products of Jalilabad-2 have a certificate of conformity issued by the State Committee for Standardization, Metrology and Patents of Azerbaijan.
The factory uses Italian and Bulgarian equipment in production.
