The Azerbaijani Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population has concluded a contract with Az AVS Ltd company, Trend reports referring to the state procurement website.
The corresponding contract worth over 3.2 million manat ($1.94 million) was signed.
The agreement envisages the overhaul of the Psychoneurological Social Service Institution # 3 in Goygol district.
