48,000 tons of cement exported from Iran’s Qeshm Free Trade Zone to UAE

Since the beginning of this Iranian year (began March 21, 2019), 48,000 tons of cement has been exported from the Qeshm Free Trade Zone in Iran’s Hormozgan province to the UAE, said Hormoz Amiri, head of development and trade at Iran’s Qeshm Free Trade Zone, Trend reports referring to the trade zone’s website.

The Qeshm Cement Factory exported 165,000 tons of cement and clinker since the beginning of this Iranian year, the official added.

Qeshm Cement Factory was established in 2000. The factory exports its products to 13 countries, including Iraq, the UAE, Kuwait, Egypt, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Sri Lanka, India and Pakistan.
