The representative office of the Georgian construction company ORBI Group in Baku is selling the rooms of two hotel complexes - Orbi City and Orbi Lux Palace, Shirkhan Khansultanov, sales manager of the Baku office of the ORBI Group told Trend.
According to Khansultanov, renovated rooms with furniture are offered to clients.
As the sales manager noted, both of these hotels are located in the Georgian city of Batumi.
“The Orbi City is located on the first coastline of the Black Sea, while Orbi Lux Palace is located in the city,” said Khansultanov.
According to him, Orbi City is a large scale project, it consists of three buildings with an of 200,000 square meters, each building has about 3,000 rooms.
“We plan to start new projects in the city of Tbilisi next year. The date of commissioning the objects is scheduled for 2021,” said Khansultanov.
Georgian construction company ORBI Group offers Azerbaijani citizens to purchase rooms in hotel-type houses in Batumi.
The buyer can live in the apartment; in the absence of the owner and if the owner wishes, the ORBI Group will ensure the rent of the apartment, which allows the owner to receive a guaranteed income. As soon as a person acquires real estate, the ORBI Group Company provides him with a residence permit in Georgia.
On December 5, the ORBI Group opened an office in Baku.
ORBI Group is the largest construction-development holding in Georgia, the first company in the region that started to build high-rise hotel complexes. For the past 20 years, more than 1.5 million square meters were built and the number of employees has reached 6,000 people.
