Crude steel production in Iran increased by 5 percent and the manufacture of steel products grew by 7 percent during the first seven months (March 21-Oct. 22) this Iranian year (began March 21, 2019), according to the statistics of the Iranian Steel Producers’ Association, Trend reports.
The manufacture of all steel products in the first seven Iranian months was 11.7 million tons, according to the report.
Crude steel production in the reported period was 15.1 million tons.
