The McDonald's burger bread factory will be constructed in Lilo settlement, Tbilisi, Georgia, Trend reports via Georgian media outlets.
As reported, the investment cost of the project is 6 million euro.
''As we have estimated, we will be able to start the production of the bun and produce 60 million pieces annually. We will supply McDonald's restaurants in Azerbaijan,'' businessmen Temur Chkhonia said.
According to him, after completion of construction, Georgia will be the fourth burger bread manufacturer using McDonald's technology.
"Our logistic center will show up on the general supplying map of McDonald's," he said.
The construction will be launched in mid-January.
It will be the first McDonald's burger factory in the Caucasian region.
