The Governor of Uzbekistan’s capital of Tashkent, Jahongir Artykhodzhaev, met in China with representatives of Country Garden Holdings and the administration of the Guangdong province, Trend reports citing the press service of the Tashkent administration.
The topic of discussion was possible inflow of investments to Tashkent's construction and industrial sectors.
Artykhodzhaev discussed the prospects of cooperation with the leadership of Country Garden Holdings, a company engaged in the construction of residential buildings, shopping malls, office buildings and hotels. The company also invests in large-scale construction projects.
Representatives of Country Garden Group and Bright Dream Robotics spoke about completed projects, the number of which currently exceeds 700. Artykhodzhaev provided the Chinese side with information about the planned construction of buildings and structures in Tashkent. The possibility of joint implementation of these projects was discussed.
In the city of Guangzhou, the governor of Tashkent held talks with representatives of Guangdong administration.
As Artykhodzhaev noted, today such large companies from Guangdong province as Huawei and ZTE are successfully operating in the Uzbek market. He proposed to introduce the experience and technology of Guangdong companies into the production processes of Tashkent.
Moreover, Artykhodzhaev discussed cooperation in the field of tourism, recalling the conditions created for visiting tourists in Uzbekistan.
