Azerbaijan's ALTEC Aluminium Plant intends to increase the production volume of profiles with various modifications, a source at the plant told Trend.
According to the source, the enterprise’s main products are aluminum profiles.
"Moreover, the enterprise produces plastic, furniture, electrostatic profiles. The plant manufactures 1,500 square meters of plastic profiles monthly. The length of one plastic profile is 6 meters. The plant intends to increase this figure to 10-12 percent per month in the second half of this year,” the source said.
At the same time, the plant considers to expand volume of the exports abroad.
According to the source, in 2020 the exports will be carried out to Georgia and to the countries of Central Asia. It is planned to increase the supply volumes to 15 percent at least.
ALTEC Aluminium Plant is located on the territory of 12,000 square meters in Baku. The enterprise’s production capacity is 12,000 tons per year.
The plant is one of AzerTechnoline company's enterprises.
AzerTechnoline plant, the first resident of Sumgayit Chemical Industrial Park (SCIP), was commissioned in 2013.
At present, AzerTechnoline uses modern technologies for production and export of steel pipes with diameter from 400 to 2000 millimeters. Pipes of AzerTechnoline company are used for transportation of crude oil, natural gas, for the needs of oil refineries, for installation of water pipelines, as well in steel structures and as piles.
The company also produces polyethylene sewage pipes with steel reinforcement from 400 to 2400 mm in diameter, metal panel fences up to 2.5 meters wide and long, plastic fittings and products made of plastic injections, water and gas gate valves, plastic circular gate valves.
The plant has a number of obtained certificates for high quality of its products in accordance with international standards such as API, ISO 9001, OHSA 18001, ISO 14001, ISO 29001, GOST, AZS.
