Turkmenistan implements plan to increase small cattle livestock

BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 10
Trend:

Stock farmers of Turkmenistan’s Lebap region have implemented a plan increase small cattle livestock, Trend reports with reference to Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper.

The farmers continue to take care of the livestock, which amounted to around 75,400 lambs in the Eastern region of Turkmenistan.

Special contribution to the implementation of the plan was made by the shepherd teams of the Talimarjan livestock farm in Turkmenistan’s Dovetli district. Shepherds specialize in raising Karakul breed sheep. The annual task was completed by receiving 9,235 lambs.

Taking into account the growing number of livestock in the Turkmenistan’s Telek-kui area, the Lebaporisuv enterprise built a new well last year, which allowed to expand the territory of pastures.

The spring shearing of sheep will begin soon in Turkmenistan.

Both large and small cattle are bred in Turkmenistan including cows, sheep, goats, pigs, horses and camels.
