New jobs to be created in Iran's Yazd province

BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 13

It is planned to create 50,000 new jobs and address the problems of manufacturing enterprises in Yazd province of central Iran, said Mohammad Reza Alamdar Yazdi, Chairman of the Industry, Mines and Trade Organization of the Yazd province, Trend reports citing the organization’s website.

According to Alamdar Yazdi, issues related to increase production barriers were considered.

Alamdar Yazdi added that opportunities for the issuance of loans worth 1.63 trillion rials (about $38.9 million) to 42 enterprises were also studied.

The official said that it was decided to provide loans worth 793 billion rials (about $18.8 million) to nine manufacturing enterprises.

Last Iranian year (from March 21, 2019 to March 20, 2020), licenses for operations with funds of 15 trillion rials (about $357 million) were issued to 266 industrial enterprises and 3,400 people were employed in the Yazd province.
