Azerbaijan’s SAB company, producing meat and dairy products, has announced time of production of two types of sausages, a source in the company told Trend.
According to the source, it is about the development of semi-smoked, smoked sausages, as well as a new variety of sausages, which will be started in June 2020.
“Daily production volumes of new types of sausage products are planned at the level of 100-120 kg. The company constantly analyzes the market for demand, and also studies foreign markets in order to export its products. The company's experts believe that the greatest demand for the company's products is currently observed in neighboring Georgia. In this regard, negotiations have already begun with potential partners in this market,” noted the source.
“According to preliminary estimates, export deliveries to Georgia may begin in autumn of 2020. It is planned to export new varieties of sausages to this market, as well as some types of sausages for which there is also a greatest demand in the domestic market,” the source added.
Presently, the company produces 60 types of meat products and 50 types of dairy products under SAB brand.
The company's dairy products are sold domestically, including in Baku, in the Bravo markets. Its production facility is located in Azerbaijan’s Khirdalan city.
