Iran's crude steel production increased and steel production decreased in the first month of the current Iranian year (March 20-April 19, 2020) compared to the same month last Iranian year, Trend reports citing Iran's Steel Producers Association.
According to the report, 2.32 million tons of crude steel were produced in the first month and this is an increase of 2 percent.
“The production of steel products amounted to 1.5 million tons in the first month, and this is a decrease of 8 percent,” report said.
