Products worth $235 million were exported through the customs of Sistan and Baluchestan Province (southeastern Iran) in the first two months of the current Iranian year (March 20 - May 20, 2020), said Mohammad Rafi Sultanzadeh Deputy Chairman of Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of Sistan and Baluchestan Province, Trend reports citing the organization’s official website.
According to Sultanzadeh, the products exports increased by 16 percent in terms of value compared to the same period last Iranian year.
Sultanzadeh added that the weight of exported products through the customs of Sistan and Baluchestan province was more than 236,000 tons.
“The exported products were mainly construction materials (cement), fruits, peas, gas, sulfur, dates, greens, washing powder, ceramics, etc.” he said.
The official said that the products were exported to Pakistan, Afghanistan, Turkey, Kuwait, UAE and other countries.
