French company to create intensive gardens in Uzbekistan

Representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in France held talks with Director General of French Dalival Company Thierry Ligonniere, Trend reports citing Dunyo News Agency.

“Dalival company has been cooperating with Uzbekistan for eight years. The company has established relations with major farms and leading specialists of Uzbekistan,” the message said.

According to the company's head Thierry Ligonniere, Dalival aims to continue and further expand cooperation with Uzbekistan and implement long-term joint projects with interested local partners.

“Following the talks, the sides reached an agreement on creating intensive gardens in Uzbekistan and establishing a joint nursery in one of the country's regions,” the message said.

Dalival is one of the leading companies in Europe in growing and selling seedlings of seed fruits (apples, cherries, apricots, peaches, nectarines and plums). The company produces and sells up to five million stockings and over five million apples and pear trees annually.

Dalival products are exported to 40 countries, in particular to almost all European countries, as well as China, Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Chile, Brazil and others.
