An Uzbek-French ABM ORGANICS company has been established in France, Trend reports with reference to Dunyo News Agency.

A ceremony of signing founding documents of ABM ORGANICS LLC was held in Paris. The main shareholders are Uzbek Marafon Finlex company and French Opal & Co.

The company's main activity is aimed at increasing exports of Uzbek products to Europe, attracting investments and advanced technologies to Uzbekistan, assistance in establishing and developing partnership between French and Uzbek economic circles, as well as expanding cooperation between the regions of the two countries.

“The new company will give an additional impetus to the development of economic and commercial ties between the two countries. In the medium term, the company intends to create an Uzbek brand of products and goods, which will facilitate even greater recognition of Uzbek products in France,” the message said.

In addition, it is planned to implement the Growing and Processing Technical Hemp project in Khorezm region of Uzbekistan.

Technical hemp is one of the most profitable agricultural crops, which consumes five times less water than cotton and is an almost waste-free and ecological raw material. It can be used to produce a lot of products such as yarns, fabrics, cellulose, non-woven material, food/feed, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and construction materials.
