Georgian Healthcare Group removed from London Stock Exchange

Georgian Healthcare Group (GHG) has been removed from the London Stock Exchange, Trend reports referring to GHG.

According to the group, this decision was made by the company on July 8 and came into force on August 5, 2020.

As reported, GHG became a private company and its shares were redeemed by Georgia Capital, which previously owned a 70.6 percent stake in Georgian Healthcare Group.

Georgia Capital has made a special offer to GHG shareholders, according to which GHG shareholders will receive 1 share of Georgia Capital for every 5 shares.

GHG was listed on the London Stock Exchange in the premium category in 2015 and includes "Evex", "Imedi L", as well as pharmaceutical companies. As of July 31, 2020, its market capitalization was 87 million pounds.
