Ukraininan Dneprovagonmash company, which is a rail freight rolling stock manufacturer, is interested in expanding cooperation with Turkmenistan, Trend reports with reference to Turkmenportal information portal.
In order to expand cooperation, Dneprovagonmash has offered to hold online negotiations with Turkmen companies.
The Ukrainian company already has experience of partnership with the railway industry of Turkmenistan. Back in 2013, the company started exporting freight cars and other machine-building products to Turkmenistan.
Earlier, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine told Trend, that there is significant potential to increase Ukraine's investments in Turkmenistan.
Ukrainian MFA pointed out that economic cooperation between the two countries has great potential and prospects.
“This includes a possible increase of supply of Ukraine's engineering products and electric industry products to Turkmenistan," said MFA. "In addition, large-scale infrastructure projects are implemented in Turkmenistan in cooperation with Ukraine such as construction of bridges, regional airports, underpasses, mudflows and subways," said Ukrainian MFA.
The following Ukrainian companies are currently supplying various equipment to Turkmenistan: AvtoKrAZ, Zaporizhіa Mechanical Plant, Kryukov Railway Car Building Works, DEG, Interpipe, InterCargoTruck, Universal Drilling Technique, LLC, Motor Sich, Altcom, СA Interbudmontazh.
