Uzbek confectionery to be exported to China

Shipment of the first batch of confectionery products from Uzbekistan to China is scheduled for the end of September, Trend reports with reference to Dunyo information agency.

The Consulate General of Uzbekistan in Shanghai has worked out the issue of establishing mutually beneficial cooperation between Uzbekistan’s LLC Crafers and China’s Suifenhe Huilong Economic & Trade Co. Ltd to systematically promote the products of a domestic confectionery manufacturer to the Chinese market.

Suifenhe Huilong Economic & Trade Co. Ltd is one of the leading Chinese companies engaged in the import and supply of food products to China from overseas and has more than 300 official distributors.

According to the contract, the shipment from Uzbekistan to China of the first batch of confectionery with a total weight of about 65 tons is scheduled for the end of September.

The imported products will be distributed to various cities and provinces of the PRC (People’s Republic of China), including their sales are also planned on the sites of the largest and most popular Chinese online retailers, such as Tmall, Taobao, Ding Dong.

Suifenhe Huilong Economic & Trade Co. Ltd will also develop and implement a strategy to consolidate Crafers LLC in the Chinese market through its distribution infrastructure.

This is the first time that Crafers LLC has signed a contract for the supply of such a large volume of its products to China.

The Consulate General continues to work out the issues of organizing supplies to China of other types of food products produced in Uzbekistan.
