Turkmen Il Ogly HK company, which produces polypropylene fabric and belts along with polypropylene fibrillated sewing stitches plans to export its products to Ukraine and Georgia, the representative of the company told Trend.

As the representative noted, for now, the company is exporting its products to Kazakhstan and Russia.

Overall the company supplies its products to factories that manufacture ready-to-use sacks and big bags with an annual production capacity of 600 metric tons.

“Despite being operational 24/7, we are not meeting our clients’ orders on time, therefore, our plan is to reach 1,000 metric tons per annum of ready cargo,” he noted.

Many Turkmen companies are focused on exporting their products. In particular, the country attaches special importance to the export of goods made of polypropylene.

Earlier, Turkmenistan exported polypropylene to China through the territory of Kazakhstan along the North-South Railway Route for the first time.

The first container train, consisting of 42 and 40-foot containers of polypropylene, was sent from the Turkmenbashi seaport of Turkmenistan on August 12 this year. The container will reach the Qingdao railway station of China in 12-15 days.

This route is the most optimal and cost-effective for exporting polypropylene to China.
