The COVID-19 pandemic has negatively affected the production of the Georgian ATC - enterprise of composite parts and components, the company's financial director Mikheil Begiashvili said, Trend reports via Georgian media.

Yet, he added the company continued production without any interruptions.

According to him, the company plans to expand production, which is reflected in additional investments in 2022-2023.

“The company started production of 230 different parts in 2019, and 150 more components are planned to be added in 2020. The company plans to launch additional projects in 2021, which will include production of composite parts using metal. The novelty is that we plan to manufacture front chassis door of the Boeing 787 Dreamliner," Begiashvili said.
