The number of newly created enterprises and organizations with the participation of foreign investment in Uzbekistan over the past 11 months amounted to 1,525, Trend reports referring to the State Customs Committee of Uzbekistan.
According to the State Statistics Committee, the number of enterprises and organizations registered in the Uzbekistan as of December 1, 2020, amounted 12,100, of which 11,600 are currently operating. This indicator increased by 1,391 in comparison with the corresponding period of the last year.
The largest number of operating enterprises with foreign capital falls on Russia with 2,075 enterprises. It is followed by China – 1,794, Turkey – 1,544.
The least number of operating enterprises with foreign capital falls on Kazakhstan and Korea, 912 and 876 enterprises respectively.
At the same time, the largest number of enterprises created with foreign investment by type of economic activity fell on trade (462), industry (422) and agriculture, construction (169) forestry and fishery (115), accommodation and food services (59), information and communication (51).
Earlier it was reported that the number of newly created enterprises and organizations in Uzbekistan for 9M2020 amounted to 71,744.
The largest number of newly created enterprises and organizations falls on Tashkent (10,786), Samarkand (6,558), Surkhandarya (6,395) and Andijan (6,360) regions.
At the same time, the largest number of newly created enterprises and organizations by type of economic activity fell on trade (25,998), industry (14,566) and agriculture, forestry and fishery (11,892).

По состоянию на 1 декабря текущего года количество вновь созданных предприятий и организаций с участием иностранного капитала в республике составило 1525.
По данным Госкомстата, по состоянию на 1 декабря 2020 года количество зарегистрированных в республике предприятий и организаций составляет 12,1 тыс., из них 11,6 тыс. осуществляют свою деятельность. Этот показатель по сравнению с соответствующим периодом прошлого года увеличился на 1391.
Количество действующих предприятий с иностранным капиталом в разрезе государств:
Россия – 2075;
Китай – 1794;
Турция – 1544;
Казахстан – 912;
Корея-876.
Для информации, количество вновь созданных предприятий с иностранным капиталом по отраслям:
Торговля – 462 шт.;
Промышленность – 422 шт.;
Строительство – 169 шт.;
Сельское, лесное и рыбное хозяйство – 115;
Услуги по проживанию и питанию – 59;
Информация и связь – 51 шт.
