Azerbaijan’s AzGranata company producing beverages conducts negotiations for the export of its products to the UK and South Korea, Tural Hajiyev, the head of the company’s export department, told Trend on Mar.29.
According to Hajiyev, since early 2021, the company has supplied products worth over $900,000 to foreign markets.
"The countries, which imported our products from January through February 2021, included Russia, Malaysia, Ukraine, Germany, US, Australia, Canada, Poland, Finland and China," he said.
As the company's representative reminded, AzGranata exports alcoholic beverages and fruit juices. Most of the products are exported to Russia, followed by other neighboring countries.
"In 2020, many countries of the world learned about juices from Azerbaijani pomegranates," stressed Hajiyev.
AzGranata plant, built-in 2011, is one of the largest producers of alcoholic beverages in the South Caucasus region. In addition to cognac and wines, the company produces liqueurs, vodka and fruit juices.
