TEHRAN, Iran, Mar.30

Iran and China's cooperation accord and long-term plans are not against any third country, said the Iranian Government Spokesman.
"The only aim (of 25 years Iran and China accord) is to utilize all the existing capacities in relations between the two nations," said Ali Rabiei, Trend reports citing IRNA.
"We are prepared to arrange similar documents for cooperation with other countries that are interested to develop ties in trade and security ties with Iran. We believe the following cooperation document, would facilitate last hopes for fully reviving the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action," he noted.
"Signing Iran and China comprehensive cooperation document is a 25-year road map for cooperation, investment, and trade between the two countries that hopefully we could take practical steps by complementary agreements to implement this outlook in coming months and years," Rabiei noted.
The spokesman went on to say that this long-term document is not exclusive to China and it's not considered the first long-term cooperation document with Iran.
China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi's recent trip to Tehran and the signing of Iran and China's cooperation document was an opportunity to exchange views about various fields between the two countries and especially improving cooperation.
