Kazakhstan reports increase in oil, natural gas prices

The prices on goods of Kazakhstan’s industrial manufacturers have increased by 4.9 percent in April 2021 compared to March 2021, Trend reports citing Kazakhstan’s Statistics Committee.

In the mining industry the oil prices increased by 6.5 percent, natural gas by 1.1 percent, metal ores by 0.4 percent.

In processing industry prices on aluminum increased by 8.7 percent, copper by 7.5 percent, ferroalloys by 6.1 percent, zinc by 5.9 percent.

Prices on lead dropped by 3.9% lower, precious metals by 1.3 percent.

Among petroleum products, fuel oil rose in price by 9.9 percent, liquefied propane and butane by 3 percent, gasoline by 2.8 percent.

Prices among food items increased for vegetable oil by 8.6 percent, poultry meat by 3.5 percent, cereals by 2.6 percent, sugar by 2.4 percent, macaroni products by 1.2 percent, wheat flour by 0.8 percent, rice by 0.5 percent, dairy products by 0.3 percent.

In turn, prices on rye flour decreased by 7.1 percent, tea by 0.2 percent..
