Kazakhstan’s Ministry of National Economy and French Development Agency signed a memorandum of understanding for the bilateral cooperation, Trend reports citing the Ministry.
The main objective of the document is cooperation in the field of financial and technical assistance in the development of such areas as energy, hydropower, the development of energy-saving and energy-efficient technologies, water supply, sanitation, and environmental protection.
The main goals of mutual cooperation will be the socio-economic development of Kazakhstan, support to achieve the goals of the agreement, and the stability of goals.
Therefore, the parties will consider the possibility of developing separate Employment Programs.
These can include loans, technical assistance, and grants. The possibility of developing an agreement on the presence of representatives of the Agency in Kazakhstan will also be considered.
