Production volume of propylene in Azerbaijan in the first four months of 2021 has grown, Trend reports on June 2 referring to the State Statistical Committee’s report.
According to the committee, in the reporting period, over 45,200 tons of propylene were produced, which is rise of 0.9 percent year on year.
From January through April of this year, 52,400 tons of polyethylene were produced in the reporting period, down by 8.4 percent compared to 4M2020.
Meanwhile, the country produced 52,700 tons of ethylene, which is 8.7 percent decrease in annual terms.
