Turkmen company increases production of synthetic non-woven fabric

BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 7

Turkmenistan’s Turkmen Senet company has increased the production of synthetic non-woven material of a new generation-spunbond, Trend reports with reference to Business Turkmenistan information portal.

The plant has already produced more than 3,000 tons of fabric of a special structure. Thus, the raw materials for the fabric are fiber-forming polymers, in particular, polypropylene, produced at the country’s Kiyanly polymer plant.

The company has increased the capacity of the enterprise by purchasing another installation for the production of non-woven fabrics. Also, it plans to expand the range of products in the future.

Turkmen Senet company became the first in Turkmenistan to master the production of non-woven material of a new generation – spunbond, and medical items from it.

Innovative products of Turkmen Senet have already been recognized by industry specialists.

The main customer of the plant's products is the Saglyk enterprise of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan.

Manufacturers plan to expand then production and develop cooperation with various companies and industries.

Entrepreneurs have already exported the new fabric to Turkey, China, and Russia.
