Two pumping units with a total weight of more than 66 tons arrived from Russia to Turkmenistan by rail, Trend reports citing Turkmenportal.
The transportation of cargo along the route St. Petersburg - Ashgabat through the Bolashak border crossing in Kazakhstan was carried out by the St. Petersburg branch of Russian Railways Logistics JSC.
According to the Russian Railways Partner news agency, the customer of the transportation is one of the largest Russian road construction companies, which is implementing a project in Turkmenistan.
One of the Russian road companies operating in Turkmenistan is the Vozrozhdenie company, which is currently constructing mudflow protection structures in the south of Ashgabat.
