Value of Iran’s exports from Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province

BAKU, Azerbaijan, Sept. 28

The value of Iran’s exports from the Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province (western Iran) increased by 213 percent during first six months of the current Iranian year (from March 21 through September 22, 2021), compared to the same period last Iranian year, Chairman of the Industry, Mine and Trade Organization of the province Sajjad Rostami said, Trend reports citing the organization.

Rostami noted that $41.6 million worth of goods were exported from the province in 6 months.

“Meanwhile, in 6th month of the current Iranian year (August 23 through September 22, 2021), $6.1 million worth of goods were exported from Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Province,” he added.

The chairman stressed that the goods have been exported to several countries, including Iraq, India, Turkey, Afghanistan, Syria, Pakistan, Azerbaijan and Russia.

According to Rostami, the main exported goods were washing machines, spare parts for air conditioners, water conditioners, electric water heaters, aluminum and steel wires, almonds, steel sheets, fish feed, ammonia, ceramics, dry water and etc.
