Iran is holding an agricultural exhibition in the city of Urmia (West Azerbaijan Province of Iran) to display the latest achievements of its agricultural sector, machinery, head of Agriculture Mechanization Development Center in the Ministry of Agriculture Kambiz Abbasi told Trend.
The 12th International Exhibition of Agricultural Machinery, Inputs, Greenhouse crops, and irrigation systems is ongoing from December 22 to 26 in Urmia, titled 'Urmia Agri Show'.
Abbasi noted that the exhibition showcases Iran's diversity in agricultural machinery, cultivation, gardening, as well as production of trucks, tractors.
"The exhibition was not being held for two years due to COVID-19 restrictions," he said.
The plans for the exhibition also included inviting farmers from neighboring provinces to attend.
