Local online trading platforms in Azerbaijan offer goods that are not in stock, State Service for Antimonopoly Supervision and Control over the Consumer Market under the Ministry of Economy with representatives of the main sectors of trade and services stated, Trend reports citing the State Service.
According to the information, entrepreneurs were informed about the necessity to improve the procedure for processing consumer documentation for online trade, and customers should receive the goods after familiarizing themselves with the terms of purchase and warranty.
The meeting also discussed consumer appeals to the State Service. To this end, the Civil Service made proposals to entrepreneurs to take comprehensive measures to improve their activities.
It was also noted that in order to promptly respond to consumer requests, it is important to identify responsible persons and regulations in this area in order to increase the efficiency of call centers.
In addition, the document presented to the consumer about the defective product in the service centers must contain detailed information about the expert who gave the opinion and the method of verification.
The meeting also provided detailed information on the activities of the Civil Service, exchanged views on achieving customer satisfaction, as well as answered questions of interest to the participants.
