Turkmenistan’s Parahat enterprise shares export data on fruit concentrates

BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 19

By Amina Nazarli - Trend:

Turkmenistan’s Parahat private enterprise exported concentrates collected from fruits and vegetables abroad, Trend reports citing Rysgal newspaper.

Italy, Kazakhstan, and Russia were among the foreign markets that received the products made from the raw materials collected during the summer.

Over 5,000 tons of grapes, 2,600 tons of tomatoes, over 600 tons of pumpkin, 20 tons of peaches, 600 tons of apples, and over 45 tons of pears were consumed in 2021.

The largest modern enterprise, founded in 1993, manufactures a diverse range of products such as natural juices and nectars, iced tea, carbonated drinks, fruit and vegetable purees, fermented milk products, concentrates, meat and dairy products.

The company is a manufacturer of Eçil and Joş fruit juices, Özi carbonated soft drinks, Süýtli Dere dairy products, Ýeserje baby puree, Han Çaý iced tea, and Han şöhlat sausages.

The company works with foreign companies, one of which is the well-known Swiss company Tetra Pak, with whom it collaborated since 2012 for the processing, packaging, and production of packaging equipment.

Parahat is the first company to produce dairy products in aseptic packaging, which preserves all of the beneficial properties of milk and eliminates the need for boiling. The daily capacity for fermented milk products and milk is 40 tons and 100 tons, respectively.

Moreover, the company contributes to farm development by increasing the consumption of farmer-grown fruits. Grape concentrate and tomato paste can be produced at a rate of up to 240 tons per day in the enterprise.
