TEHRAN, Iran, April 5. Iranian automaker, Iran Khodro (IKCO) is planning to increase production and promote the quality of its products in the current Iranian year (started March 21, 2022), said the Managing Director of Iran Khodro Kermanshah Mohamad Maleki, Trend reports citing IRNA.
"The company's production in Kermanshah Province has increased by five percent in the last Iranian year (started March 21, 2021)," he said.
Meanwhile, passenger car manufacturing of Iran Khodro Industrial Group decreased by 0.5 percent, during the first 11 months of the current Iranian year (from March 21, 2021 through February 19, 2022), compared to the same period last Iranian year, reads the report of information service (codal.ir) under the Securities and Exchange Organization of Iran.
IKCO manufactured 451,121 vehicles in 2021 which was six percent less than the output in 2020.
