TEHRAN, Iran, April 14. Member of the Economic Commission of the Iranian Parliament Mahdi Toqyani asked the relevant agencies to implement the supportive rules and regulations for startups, including tax exemption, Trend reports citing Tasnim News Agency.
“The parliament must lift regulatory barriers to startup businesses,” said Toqyani.
According to Toqyani, in a meeting with the Economic Commission of parliament, the MPs have made suggestions on the matter to the Minister of Economy and the heads of the Iranian National Tax Administration and Customs Administration.
He went on to say that the Economic Commission is going to prepare a report on banks, insurance companies, the customs, that have violated the laws related to startups.
