BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 30. Iran's exports of mining products amounted to 2.93 million tons worth $816 million, during the 1st month of the current Iranian year (March 21 through April 20, 2022), Trend reports via the statistics of Trade Promotion Organization of Iran (TPOI).
Iran’s mining exports for the first month increased by 15 percent in value, while decreased by 13 percent in volume compared to the same month last Iranian year.
Meanwhile, in the same month last Iranian year, Iran exported a total of 3.38 million tons of mining products worth $709 million.
In total, Iran's non-oil exports amounted to 7.32 million tons worth about $3.7 billion for the 1st month of the current Iranian year, which is an increase of 24.6 percent in value, while a decrease of 10 percent in volume compared to the same period last Iranian year.
