TEHRAN, Iran, July 4. The Agriculture Bank of Iran announced that the provided credit fund for the aquaculture sector in the first quarter of the current Iranian year (started March 21, 2022) has grown by 108 percent compared to the same period last year, Trend reports citing Mehr.
According to the Ministry of Agricultural Jihad announcement, the Agriculture Bank has paid a total of 3.587 trillion Rials (about $85 million) of credits for the development of aquaculture units from the beginning of the current Iranian year.
The provided credits of the Agricultural Bank has increased by more than $44 million compared to the same period last year.
The Agriculture Bank of the Islamic Republic of Iran specializes in providing credit for agricultural development and other rural development activities.
