TEHRAN, Iran, August 6. Managing director of the National Copper Industries Company of Iran Ali Rostami announced the company's goal to greatly increase copper output in the country in the next five years, Trend reports citing IRNA.
Rostami also emphasized the need to increase the investment in copper production.
“One of the main plans of the country's National Copper Industries Company is to increase the copper production to one million tons from the current 250,000 tons.
According to the official, the company eyes to invest $3 million in raising the copper production countrywide.
