BAKU, Azerbaijan, August 23. The number of privatized real estate in Azerbaijan increased by 11.9 in July 2022 compared to the same period in 2021, Trend reports via the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan.
According to the ministry, ownership of 27,065 real estate objects was registered in Azerbaijan during this period (6,311 objects or 23.3 percent - initial registration, 20,754 objects or 76.7 percent - re-registration).
Ministry noted that 3,994 out of a total number of real estate objects privatized in July 2022 are private residential and garden houses, 7,790 are apartments, 14,488 are land plots, and 252 are non-residential premises,520- non-residential plots, 59 are residential complexes, 2 are multi-storey residential homes.
