BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 12. Overall, Iran imported a total of 44,400 tons of dry tea worth $244 million during the first six months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through September 22, 2022), Trend reports citing Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA).
According to the report, Iran's dry tea imports for 6 months increased by 32.7 percent in value compared to the same period last Iranian year.
Iran imported dry tea from 7 countries - India, Sri Lanka, the UAE, Kenya, China, Vietnam and Türkiye.
