BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 21. Iran's non-oil trade turnover with Qatar amounted to about 612,000 tons worth about $114 million during the first seven months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through October 22, 2022), the Spokesman for the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), Morteza Emadi said, Trend reports citing the administration.

The spokesman noted that Iran exported 603,000 tons of non-oil products worth $79.8 million to Qatar in 7 months. The five main products exported from Iran to Qatar were cement, greens and vegetables, watermelon, pistachio and saffron.

“In addition, Iran imported 8,400 tons of goods worth $33.9 million from Qatar within 7 months,” he said.

Emadi added that chemicals and various spare parts were the main imported goods.

Meanwhile, in the last 3 months (June 22 through October 22, 2022), Iran's trade turnover with Qatar amounted to 324,000 tons worth $59.7 million dollars, according to the official.
