BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 27. Iran’s Saipa Group’s passenger car exports increased by 94.3 percent in value and 18 percent in number for the 9th month of the current Iranian year (November 22 through December 21, 2022), compared to the same month last Iranian year, Trend reports citing the company’s website.
During the 9th month, the company exported 1,920 passenger cars worth more than $12.9 million.
Meanwhile, in the same month of last Iranian year, the company exported 1,630 passenger cars worth $6.65 million.
Generally, the Saipa manufactured 134,515 passenger cars in the autumn season (September 23 through December 21, 2022), which is an increase of 21.5 percent compared to the same period last Iranian year. So, the figure stood at 110,713 units in the same period of last Iranian year.
