BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 30. Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI) will organize an event on business trends and solutions in Baku, Azerbaijan, RBI told Trend.
“In order to enable communication between RBI and our partners in different topics we will organize in cooperation with the Banking Association of Azerbaijan an event in Baku with focus on Business Trends & Solutions and Compliance Updates. Several participants from different departments of RBI like Capital Markets, Custody, Trade Finance, Payments and Compliance will share their observations and provide information on recent developments, so the partners from Azerbaijani banks will have a good opportunity to raise questions on any topic,” said RBI.
The Bank said the improved compliance standard allows it to extend the cooperation with financial institutions from Azerbaijan in selective fields.
“We were very happy that our partners in Azerbaijan improved their compliance standards as this topic became tremendously important since the establishment of sanctions against Russia,” said RBI.
Raiffeisen Bank International has been acting for many years as the main correspondent bank in Europe for the financial market of Azerbaijan.
