BAKU, Azerbaijan, July 11. As many as 199,000 tons of non-oil products worth $133 million were exported through the customs of Iran’s Qazvin Province, during the first 3 months of the current Iranian year (March 21 through June 21, 2023), Director General of Qazvin Province Customs Office, Reza Nikravesh said, Trend reports.
According to him, detergents, mining minerals and steel products were the main exported goods via the province's customs in 3 months.
The director general added that the mentioned products were exported to 43 countries, including Iraq, Türkiye, the UAE, Pakistan and Turkmenistan.
Nikravesh also said that in order to simplify the non-oil exports through the customs of Qazvin Province, the necessary cooperation with exporters is carried out in compliance with the laws and regulations.
Overall, Iran exported 35.5 million tons of non-oil products worth $12.5 billion within the first three months of the current Iranian year.
This is a decrease of 8.84 percent in value, while an increase of 24.4 percent in volume compared to the same period last year.
