BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 12. Kazakhstan's Halyk Bank has announced the sale of 100 percent of the shares of a subsidiary in Kyrgyzstan, Trend reports.
The bank's press service noted that the owner of Halyk Bank Kyrgyzstan JSC will be a consortium of bidders who are part of the Visor International DMCC (Visor) investment group.
It is planned to complete the transaction after the permission of the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic.
"Visor plans to keep the bank as a separate legal entity and will continue its development on the territory of Kyrgyzstan," the statement said.
