BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 22. The Isfahan Province, located in the center of Iran, exported 2.12 million tons of non-oil goods worth $1.32 billion in the first 11 months of the current Iranian year (March 21, 2023 through March 19, 2024), Director General for Isfahan Province Customs Office Rasoul Kuhestani said, Trend reports.
Kuhestani said that the export of non-oil products from Isfahan Province remained stable compared to the same period last year.
He added that the products from the region reached 92 countries, with Iraq, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Türkiye and the UAE being the main destinations, accounting for 82 percent of the exports.
The customs official also stated that the region exported 759 different products in 11 months, with iron, raw steel and steel products, oil and petrochemical products, carpets, milk and dairy products making up 87 percent of the exports.
The IRICA’s latest data shows that Iran’s total non-oil exports for 10 months were 113 million tons worth $40.5 billion, representing an 11 percent decline in value and a 9.4 percent growth in volume compared to the same period last Iranian year.
