Department of tax crimes preliminary investigations of the Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Taxes filed 12 suits in July 2005. The criminal cases were brought in July according to the articles 213.4, 213.2, 213.3 of the Criminal Code, the Ministry told Trend.
During the measures taken a number of persons are charged with the tax evasion in the total amount of 17147,79 million manats.
