The Transport Ministry of Azerbaijan completed elaboration of the draft state program on poverty reduction and sustainable development in Azerbaijan in 2006-2015, the Ministry told Trend. "The document is submitted to the Ministry of Economic Development (MED), the project’s coordinator. We have prepared the transport part of the state program, mostly, where the infrastructure’s development, projects is reflected”, the Ministry said.
The period for the draft project’s development set by the President is three months. The directives were given in the current June.
The cost of the 10-year program will exceed the announced earlier from the part of the Cabinet of Ministers $ 8 billion, however, the exact volume of the required means for the program implementation will be known after its preparation.
