The construction of Oguz-Gabala water-pipe branch may cost $0.5bn. The initial forecast of the project comprised $500bn, the Cabinet of Ministers told Trend.
“Nevertheless, the exact cost of the project has not been determined. The initial figure is supposed to increase by $500m at the expense of inflation and cost of work. The estimation of the project will be determined in this regard,” the Cabinet of Ministers said.
Azersu JSC intensively works on development of the feasibility study. “Azersu involved consultants and the cost of the project will be determined during the work,” the Cabinet of Ministers underlined.
The Cabinet of Ministers also stressed that implementation of the projects would take at least three years.
The initial work is supposed to start in 2006.
